KROMA berasal dari kata kromatin /kro·ma·tin/, yang berarti ‘sel yang dapat diwarnai atau mudah sekali menyerap zat warna’. KROMA menjadi nama yang tepat untuk merepresentasikan identitas kami. Seperti kertas yang sederhana, lalu dituang sedikit warna, dan akan jadi lebih bermakna. Rumah selalu menjadi tempat untuk memulai dan mengakhiri hari. Kami ingin menjadi tempat hangat dimana orang bisa beristirahat dan melepas penat. Kami ingin menjadi tempat berkumpul teman-teman kreatif yang ingin menghabiskan waktunya dengan kegiatan produktif.

Syarat & Ketentuan
- Weekend Price is valid from Friday to Sunday
- 2 Days or 3 Days Package get 3 Hour Rental Space each day
- With F&B Pacakge for 20 Pax
- Extra pax will be charge Rp 60K/pax.
- F&B from outside will be charge Rp 750K/day
- 2 and 3 days rental should be within a month
- Max. capacity 50 seats (depends on sitting arrangement)
- KROMA will be closed for public during private event at 1F (please be understanding to allow
- customers for take-away or orders from Go-Jek)
- If there is any damage on the facility or property, the client should bear the cost to recover.
- Event can be reschedule max. D-3 before the previous date.
- Room rental doesn’t include sound system and projector.
- We will give 2 hours for loading in and decor at our venue. Kindly note that:
- For events at 1F/2F which starts from 08.00-09.00, loading in + decor can be done 1D before at 21.00-23.00.
- For events at 1F/2F which starts from 10.00 or above, loading in + decor can be done on the day of the event (2 hours before the events).
- We kindly ask your understanding that due to loading in and decoration, we will be open for public at 1F/2F.
- We will give 1 hour for loading out after the event (note that KROMA will be open for public during loading out).
- We will charge extra time if the loading in, decor, and loading out is more than duration provided (rate will be based on the extra time rate mentioned before).
- We will still serve 20 pax for event with less than 20 participants per day.
